But, anyway, this is a great album for those who love hip hop. Dibbs doesn't prove himself to be an innovator of any sort on this album. It's the usual DJ routine, using many familiar loops and breaks. Don't expect the mind-bending genius of DJ's like Shadow or El-P, however, do expect a very enjoyable album. While Dibbs doesn't bring the innovation, he does make the same old thing exciting and fun to listen to again. Definitely recommended." |
