CD Reviews

Nat Bass did good.
Luke J. Hollands | Australia | 04/15/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I have been a fan of Nat's for a while, since the Rogue's roped her in to thier group she has gone from strength to strength...so needless to say I have been waiting for this album and yes I did buy it the day it came out.

It's pop, one might say powerpop and damn it's good...

From the playful rock of the opening track Catch Me If You Can to the hit single Alive which is a swirl of electro pop that makes you spin round with your hands in the air (well I do anyway)...

Someday Soon may very well be as catchy as Kylie's Can't Get You Out Of My Head, other highlights are Love Like This, In His Eyes, a light but sombre track written about the passing of her grandfather.

My two Favourite tracks however are the angry and dark Turn The Lights On and the moving Why Do I...

I recomend this anyone who has a Madonna or Pink album in thier collection, you wont be disapointed!

I saw Nat in concert for this album last week and she once again blew me away..."
