"What a CD! Outstanding from start to finish. Refreshing compositions that are beyond the usual smooth jazz offerings. Nate's music involves the listener from the first bar and doesn't let go. It reminds me of Brian Culbertson's debut CD, not from a music standpoint, but you know a star is about to rise. Nate is definately next in line."
Excellent piano - cheap drum sound

"Nate Harasim is an excellent and very able piano player. Most of the cuts on this cd represent what I think of as really good smooth jazz. The guitar solos blend well into the music with nice variations.
But why not use a human drummer and a human bass player instead of the canned tin-sounding rhythm section on this otherwise well produced cd? Especially the drum sound is terrible. It may well be a cheaper solution than living musicians. The problem is that it also sounds cheap! A very unnecessary flaw on an otherwise very nice, but much too short cd.
