"I have been a fan of Neil Young since the days of Buffalo Springfield, and enjoy virtually everything he did from the mid/late 1960's through the 1970's. This collection of songs in my opinion is timeless and shows some of Neil Young's best work from that era. From Tell me why to Cripple Creek Ferry there isn't a miss, every song in this collection works well together. The LP is also balanced reflecting great dynamics from somber mellow songs like After the Gold Rush to a 60's Civil Rights song like Southern Man which still brings to mind the KKK and the radical changes this country went in those years. I know some might find Southern Man a little critical and harsh, but if that you find that one tune offensive, don't play it and judge the rest of this collection for what it's worth.
If your an older Neil Young fan this is gotta have, and you probably already own it. If your getting into Neil Young's earlier work this is a shinning example of his talent.
Again in my opinion one of Neil Young's finest."
