"If you want to know what the Kingston Trio (Stewart edition) was like in live concert, this is about the best recording to have. It's monophonic, but the fidelity is good.



I saw the group three times in the middle sixties, and Shane-Reynolds-Stewart were amazingly consistent. They knew how to put on an entertaining show and they always delivered. This outing gives you the whole enchilada of what they were about. Newer songs, older songs, the certified hits, all delivered with energy and gusto. Snappy patter in-between.



It's easy to hear why they dominated their field for as long as they did. They had charisma to spare."

"Probably the one of the best live 'Trio' performances released on CD. "Once Upon A Time" is The Best, at least in my opinion.
