"OK, I've accepted it; GVSB is over and done with. I loved 'em when they had the juice, but their last two albums have shown the band treading the path of sheer mediocrity. I picked up the first NWK album only because it was a GVSB side project and I thought it might be nearly as good. It turned out that it was. New Wet Kojak has always come off as a sort of weirder, more experimental and sleazier version GVSB. But GVSB's last two albums were so weak, and the last three NWK records (two LPs and and an EP) have ruled. Buy with confidence."
GREAT!

"This is by far their best CD. nasty international would be better than this if only it had the funk that this one has."
Great band

"This is another great one from these guys. I was a bit of a GVSB fan in the early 90's but was converted to a New Wet Kojak fan when their first one came out, and never went back. The sound has gotten progressively less sleazy over the course of four albums, which is certainly lamentable, but nonetheless this band continues to do good work. This CD does seem to have a bit more synthed melodies/hooks than usual and the bass lines seem bouncier."
