Their most coherent, raw, mature and only perfect work to date (review written 2005). Why this was out of print a while or why so few people own this is a complete mystery to me. The lyrics twist the usually overwrought and sloppy aesthetics of beat poetry into an aching, fine tuned, dumbed down redundancy that miraculously speaks volumes. The music is a twisted danceable nightmare. Every track nails the essence of cool while simultaneously lampooning the cool facade. Check out Stereo Explosive, Sugar X, Kick Some Life and Get the Curse for starters. There are 50 used copies of this as low as $4.36 on Amazon Marketplace as I write this. $4.36! It's criminal that a masterpiece fetches so little, but it's more criminal not to buy a copy if you don't have one."
