"The first disc is basically Hard Night's Day, but with out Pills, Personality Crisis, and Bad Girl. This is the album the dolls should have had for their first, it was recorded just before New York Dolls was recorded but this truly captures this band..I can't even describe them. The secound disc is the Live in NYC 1975 Red Patent Leather disc, the dolls last stand in New York as it were. The quality is muffled but a lot of unreleased bootleg material. The last three tracks are from a club called the Bataclan, recorded in Paris in 1973. Only four stars because of the the three tracks left off. but I would pick up this instead just because it is both disc for much less than their combined total."
