French Bubble-gum

"This is high 80s French music! It's pink, it's bubbly, it's soft... it's such bubble-gum! It is so much fun to listen to, now that the 80s are over and we can look back and laugh at ourselves. Did we really ever take this stuff seriously? Niagara's later albums had a much sharper edge to them, and in the later years (early 90s) they even were approaching the heavy-metal label. But in the beggining, before Muriel started wearing Wonder-Women chrome outfits, they were this bubbly little french act, with weak but catchy songs, and a wardrobe that cannot be beat! I just have to pop in this album sometimes to remind myself of how fun music was in the 80s."
