"This listing is a European bootleg. But obviously a great piece of classic rock. 1972 actually, not (c)1996 as the label states.
My opinion is, that they should pay the artist royalties.
This is Texas Homegrown Tone , great but you sure don't have to import it.

Some new albums being released by Jim Rutledge of Bloodrock soon, featuring John Nitzingers guitar work. And one album is of Texas greats like Jim Rutledge and Rocky Athas doing fresh songs by John Nitzinger. John is one of the greatest songwriters of our time.
The album listed here is great it features Curly Benton (RIP)on Bass, and if not the first one of the first performing girl rock-n-roll drummers on a major label, Linda Waring ...
Some tracks have background by a then studio vocalist Janie Fricke.
It's a great album. As are all of Nitzingers' Classic and Current releases :o)
Nitzinger is touring, when not in studio
Enthusiests, publishers, and promoters that don't know him should check this guy out, he puts on a great show.
Music Distributers such as this one should be in touch also :o)
Thanks for the soapbox podium ..

Saturday Night Rock at Its Best

"If anyone feels better than an American on Saturday night, it's a Texan on Saturday night... just listen to "Louisiana Cockfight" for proof. Almost all of Side 1 features some of the best early 70s power-trio ever recorded. Kick-ass drumming too (from a gurl).Do yourself a gigantic favor and listen to Side 1 of this immediately followed by Dust's self-titled album. Then do your damnedess to build a time machine to go back to 1971."

Youth Revisited

"I owned this album (yes album) many years ago, but somehow lost it in the shuffle of college record swapping. After many casual searches in local record stores, I concluded that I would never find a CD version of this classic. Since receiving it for Xmas, I haven't stopped smiling! If you love driving rythms and timeless guitar licks, you'll love this CD."
Good southern rock

"Originally thought this was a live album but it's a redo of the original Black album issued in 1972.Quality of remix is good with no changes in format of the original. As good as a guitar player as John Nitzinger was it was surprising he didn't gain more popularity. Great sound for a three piece band."
