Stefani's voice is electric and bounces of the stereo with her signature tough playful sound. the chorus is very strong, vibrant, and alive. "it's my life" is climbing up all of the charts and already has tremendous radio airplay, i'm really impressed. the live tracks on this CD are also stellar and have very good sound quality. no doubt delivers on everything they release, and i hope to keep hearing more from them in the future. 5 stars." Despite what some critics say I think Gwen's voice does do this song justice, she sings it with just the right amount of emotion and power and her voice is truly hypnotic as is her performance in the video, going from prison fatigues to sexy mistress in the blink of an eye.The video is very dark and satirical and fits the song like a glove. Brilliant!"
