CD ReviewsVery nice modern folk / pop band from Salta, Argentina Penumbra | Atlanta, GA USA | 07/10/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "Los Nocheros are a modern folk/pop band from Salta, Argentina. They aren't considered a "traditional" folklore group because they put a pop spin on traditional themes.
There are some folk songs on here like "Fiesta En La Cueva" that will make you want to stomp your foot and clap your hands, while others sweet love songs, or mournful ballads. Los Nocheros will make you long for a field, a gourd of maté, some asado, and good friends to share it all with. These are four men with beautiful voices and perfect harmony. This is simply very, very good music. Highly recommended! " |
