"This album will give you a smattering of what Nuno has been up to since Waiting for the Punchline. His lyrics breathes life into each of his songs, the solos are mezmerizing. None of this music is mainstream, you won't hear it on the radio, but it is some of the best music out there over the past few years. Nuno doesn't write and record to score a popular number one hit. He writes to be true to his art. He is captivating. He is a virtuoso. After this album, you'll be sure to get your hands on his other albums. Nuno Bettencourt is the finest guitarist currently active."

"Unless you want to buy Nuno Schizophonic, both Mourning Widows album and his Population 1 album, then this outta give you a great cross section. Expect some heavy htting on the Mourning Widows tracks but not so on the pre-widow's Schizo and the post-widow's Pop1. Mostly likely you will have been teased enough by this album to go back and GLADLY buy the pair you want (regarless of the import cost)or maybe even all 4! For shred and hammering away, Mourning Widows, for emotions go for Schizophonic or Population 1 ~ for a little buffet of it all, this is the ticket, baby!"
I don't think this is the Best of Nuno.

"Nuno is one of the world's finest guitarist and I love his style; however, I don't think this release exhibits much of his guitar flash that I find in his other work. In short, if you're looking for his shred work on guitar, this isn't his best. It may be considered his best in other ways, I suppose."
