"To tell the truth, I have not heard this album yet.
I have several other albums by Obus that have not showed up on Amazon yet and I am basing this review on them. My favorite is Poderoso Como el Trueno, or "How heavy is the thunder" (or something like that).
At first, it was weird to hear heavy metal in Spanish but I warmed up to it, especially after seeing them live in a pueblo called Nuevo Baztan in Spain (saw them another time but can't remember where). We used to live next to Nuevo Baztan in an area called Eurovillas and my older daughter used to hang out at the bar owned by Fortu Sanchez, the lead singer. I remember him as a nice guy and a great singer. I understand the current band is missing some of the original members. However, if they are anything like what they were in the eighties, this album will surely not disappoint any true metal fans.
If you want something different, you can't go wrong with these guys.
Rock on Obus!
