Awesome new band

"Relapse Records keep on churning out great band after great band, i am very pleased with this release, it is awesome played deathgrind, while yes it is brutal it is also technical and thought out intelligence not just blazing chords for no reason, the percussion is an attack on the mind, crushing power chords pummel the listener, drum beats pound the listener, vocals erupt in aggression. Buy this release and enjoy intelliegent Metal."

"origin is one of the most extreme grindcore type bands out there..the speed in which their music is played is mind boggeling...the percussive genius in this release sets a new standard for extreme metal...the guitar and bass are played at blistering speeds with pinpoint precision..EXCELLENT!"
Staccato, fast, rapid, precise, Judy Garland would luv it

"Here I live in Kansas and it took me this long to listen to Origin. Of course, since they signed to Relapse they haven't been around here very much. I must say that Origin is arguably the heaviest band I have heard. Nasum, Cephalic Carnage, Soilent Green, nope. Maybe Mortician or something. But Origin play this hyperfast-grind very well. I was blown away when I first heard them, and I listened to this album 4-5 times in a row just because it was so good. The drummer is phenominal. I like to compare the feel of the music somewhat to Meshuggah, just because of the polyrhythmic nature of the album. Short, fast, staccato blast beats and guitar, combined with two and sometimes three part singing: low, mid, and high screaming. Some of the most undiscernable lyrics ever, but who's gonna care. I'll just conclude this with: wow."
