After forming in 2006, from their very first show (supporting us band anberlin), the paper & the plane have been turning heads with there unique sound and powerful live show. This reputation of being a breath of fresh air to a somewhat stale scene has earned them the highly sort after national support slots for bands such as brand new and thrice, and shared stages with acts such as taking back sunday, saosin, moneen, explosions in the sky plus many more. The re-release of 'a year, two months, sixteen days and counting' includes a bonus disc featuring a never before heard track previously intended to be on the ep called 'when in mexico', the video clip for 'all that i had' and live video footage of the band performing at the metro theatre in sydney while on tour with thrice.
