"Paul Davis is one of the greatest singers of the 80's. I am only 24 but i can still remeber when "Cool Night" and "65 Love Affair" were big hits back in the early 80's. I still have to say "Cool Night" is probably one of my favorite love songs of all time. I could listen to "Cool Night" all day and not get tired of it, it's that good a song. I was finally able to find the "Cool Night" album here in Lexington at a super America gas station of all places! It seems this album has been re-released, but I'm not sure itf it has been transfered to digital yet so that it can be around forever. If "Cool Night" hasn't been digitally re-mastered, it should be, it is an excellent album. I think one of the first song I ever played when i was a D.J. at an AM radio station back in high school was "Cool Night." i'm sure the album is even greater on LP than it would be on CD, but someone needs to put this album on CDE on release it where paul's fans canfind it!"

"Paul Davis is one of the most underated singers in pop music. His songs of faith and love are as deep as any can come close to reaching the true emotion; and his singing ability is smoothness and satisfaction at it's finest. When you listen to one of his songs, you feel as though you have just experienced a breath of fresh air. This collection of songs is a true represntation of outstanding singing and songwriting, with the execption of one omission, they should have included "Cool Night" and "69 Love Affair". Even though he is a producer in Nashville, i wish Paul Davis would put out another albumn."
They forgot beautiful songs, like"cool night or '65 love aff

"The CD is great but I think, as it has been released in 1995, that that could have made a double CD, including songs like "COOL NIGHT" or '65 love affair" which are very beautiful songs, and as to to me, "Cool Night" is one of the most beautiful song of ever. Unfortunatly, it does not seem to be available on the matket !"

"Could only rate this CD 3 stars. Only half of Paul Davis songs are on the disc. Leaving Cool Nights off the disc was dumb. They also left out a couple other not so popular songs: "65 love Affair, Love or Let Me be Lonely, and probably his first song from the early 70's, A little Bit of Soap."
