Amazon.comWho says they don't make punk rock the way they used to? One listen to Pegboy's feisty Cha Cha Damore will set all those naysayers straight and give their ears a good pummeling while they're at it. Pegboy have been hammering, clawing, and gnawing away at their craft for quite some time now, and Cha Cha's got the chops to prove it. "Dog, Dog" has a guitar hook that stays with you for days, not to mention a locomotive of a rhythmic drive to back it up. Both "Dangerwood" and "Dangermare" prove Pegboy haven't gone soft in all these years, but their anger and cynicism are addressed a little more ... well, no one would ever probably call them poets, but there's a definite maturity on this record that shows that some punkers really do get better with age. --Steve Gdula
