"I am a serious jazz enthusiast and I have been following Peter Whites career for years now. Every one of his CD's is well written and produced. This one, in my mind, is his best. It is beautifully constructed. The melodies and guitar work are masterful. Promenade is in my top three favorite jazz recordings of all time."

"I've been a contemporary jazz fan over 20 years and have to say without hesitation that Peter White is one of if not the very best contemporary guitarist of ALL TIME. An avid Peter White fan, I have every CD he has produced to include many artists whom he has appeared as a guest with and the list is long. This CD is certainly a must have. Awe-Inspiring!Peter's fingers moving along the frets and his signature smooth style are grace and poetry in motion. A truly gifted musician that performs with passion and heart. There simply aren't enough positive adjectives to describe his music. I had planned to list several songs on this CD that I really liked but in the decade that I've owned it and listened to it, that would be unfair since the entire CD is a masterpiece. My first exposure to Peter White was the year my wife and I got married, Al Stewart came out with "Year Of The Cat" and it was that signature guitar style within the song that made us life long fans of his since. If you enjoy Peter, you'll enjoy his other CD's - Caravan of Dreams, Excusez-Moi, Promenade, Glow, Perfect Moment, Reveillez-Vous and Collection. You may also enjoy Ken Navarro, Russ Freeman, Chieli Minucci and Jeff Golub (Avenue Blue).Enjoy!"

"If you think his first cd was something, wait till you get this cd.The song "Promenade" is very smooth jazz like, and i definetely can say that that is the best song on the cd.But wait, theres more, the song "Undercover" and "Boulevard" took me to the other zone, I mean the way this guy plays guitar is unbelievable, the way he plucks those strings is incredible. Those two songs took me to the other zone, all I can say is lie in your bed relaxed, listen to one of those songs, and think you are in guitarland, thanks to peter white."Storm" is an ok song, but definetely not the least in the cd."Peeto Bandito" is like a flamenco song, but with nice keyboards in the background. My advice, is if you have some spare change in your pocket, because this cd costs a measly 10 dollars, and the value of it should be in the 50 or 60 dollars, buy the cd, trust me, i cant say it enough, this cd is very good."
