"When I heard this jazzy version of Creep on the radio I knew I had to buy this CD. Every once in a while I'll pull it out and I'm never disappointed; it always takes me someplace different each time. In fact, I came to Amazon today just to see if I could find more by this artist. This is smooth jazz at its best."

"Y'know he could be the next Miles Davis, Rick Braun, Donald Byrd, Freddie Hubbard or whatever. As y'see he does have his style and definitely keepin' it real. I saw him on BET on Jazz one time and it changed my life completely.

I also recommend you check other famous trumpet players that are bangin' like Gordon James and Melvin M. Miller.

"WOW! This guy is truly one of the world's finest young trumpet players. Whitted's unusual new compositions have heart even though they differ from his straightahead bebop live concert style. If you are expecting this CD to sound like Whitted live, you may be dissappointed. It's like comparing apples to oranges -- though both are ripe for the picking."
