"It is worth a listen. When I heard that Phil and Brent Muscat (ex-Faster Pussycat) were working together on this cd, I was really excited. I was expecting a harder edge than what is on this album. As a matter of fact, I didnt like it all at first but being a HUGE LA Guns fan I gave it a second chance. It does really take time to grow on you. Overall, Im glad I have this cd in my collection but am somewhat disappointed. Thats okay now that Phil is back with LA Guns!"
Great Songwriting, Great Musicians = Great CD

"Although Phil Lewis of LA Guns fronts this album, it is very differnt from old LA Guns stuff - in fact, this CD can really be considered "different" from pretty much anything else I've ever heard - but definitely GOOD different...there isn't anything like it - it's the kind of CD that only catches you a little the first time you hear it, but you have to hear it again - then after a few listens, it's one of those CDs that you can't stop listening to - and you wonder how you ever lived without it! The songwriting is excellent - well thought out lyrics that you actually listen to...not just hear. It is mellow...Phil's voice is great with those beautiful ballads - and you get a lot of that on this CD...there are some acoustic versions of some of the songs at the end of the CD...really displays Phil's awesome singing ability. Just a great CD ~ this thing deserves a grammy - it's too bad long haired bands are virtually ignored in the mainstream these days."

"An excellent piece of recording work a lot more mellow than his work with Filthy Lucre, Girl, Torme and L.A Guns. Should be bought by any Lewis fan unless you like Hard Rock for the sack of Hard Rock in which case I would recommend the Access Denied CD or the recently released Live L.A.Guns and Girl recordings. This one may take a while to grow on LAG fans."
This is awesome.

"This is an awesome cd. If you are expecting loud shouting from Phil Lewis, it isn't for you. But the more you listen to it, the deeper you sink into it, and you can tell it's music from the bottom of the heart. Great guitar work on "I don't think so." Such deep sweet voice on "Tuesday." Simple but catchy "could not live without you." Beautiful lullaby "Close your eyes." Great lyrics in genral. I really love it!"
