Pink Fairies - 'Up The Pinks:Introduction' (Universal)
Mike Reed | USA | 06/10/2005
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Nice introduction twelve track compilation CD,especially to any new fans that may be out there wanting to experience this bunch of pre-punk/drug happy UK band of hippies.Tunes here were pulled from the Fairie's first three lp's, 'Neverland'('71),'What A Bunch Of Sweeties' ('72)and 'Kings Of Oblivion' ('73).See my reviews of each of those discs, plus the band's later efforts,'Kill 'Em&Eat 'Em','Do It' and 'Live At The Roundhouse'.Good underground early '70's psych the way it should sound.Recommended."
