CD ReviewsGood Music 05/09/2002 (4 out of 5 stars) "The thing which surprised many Poco fans was that after the departure of Richie Furay, the band still sounded like Poco. With Paul Cotton and Rusty Young leading the way, the band adopted a more rock-oriented sound, without losing their identity as Poco. This disc offers a good cross-section of the band's best work in the post-Furay era, and will be enjoyed by old and new fans alike." Perfect companion to The Forgotten Trail Mark Gatzke | Plant City, FL USA | 03/01/2007 (4 out of 5 stars) "Crazy Loving is a somewhat distilled compilation of Poco's later years with Paul Cotton and Rusty Young sharing the reins, pleasant and substantial enough for the casual fan of that period (arguably better production and glossier arrangements). It's a perfect companion to the indepth perspective, The Forgotten Trail, which chronicles their work up to 1974. Crazy Loving picks it up from that point and follows up through 1982. If you don't own either one of these, you may be better served by other compilations that offer a complete chronological perspective in one place and weed out lesser tracks. But Crazy Loving is still a decent if limited collection that flows nicely from start to finish."
