CD ReviewsDon't Hesitate Star Thrower | 10/23/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "Fans of the two 60s albums Prince Lasha (pronounced La-shay)recorded with Sonny Simmons might want to consider snatching up this gem while it's available. This fine re-issue features two more great albums on one cd. Inside Story is a studio date from 1965 featuring Herbie Hancock,Cecil McBee, and Jimmy Lovelace. Search For Tomorrow features some exciting live material recorded at the Berkeley Jazz Festival 1974 with Ron Carter,Roy McCurdy,Hubert Eaves on piano, and Kenneth Nash on percussion. In addition to his alto sax and flute, Lasha also brought along his soprano and baritone sax for this live date. Prince Lasha has recorded infrequently over the years so this cd is a great addition to his small catalog of recordings. I heartily recommend it!"
