"Perry Farrell, talent behind Janes Addiction and Porno for Pyros started out in a one off band from LA called Psi Com. My first reaction after hearing this CD was, "Why didnt he stick with THEM!" Personally, I like this album much better than early Janes. The music is moody, thoughtful, gloomy and just plain good. Very mid-eighties Goth/Post Punk sounding. It goes very well with Siouxsie's Juju album, PiL's Second Edition and Christian Death's Only Theatre of Pain. Perry, you should have stayed a Goth and left the funk punk to the Peppers!"
Absolutely amazing

"If you think you love Jane's Addiction and Porno For Pyros, check out Psi-Com. This CD is an amazing 5-song testament to Perry Farrell's unique visions. While it takes a bit to get used to (Perry sounds like Peter Murphy from Bauhaus on this CD!), it is a rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Anyone who likes art rock or goth rock will love Psi-Com."
Great early Perry Farrell

"Although this is not the howling Perry Farrell that we are used to in Jane's A, this five song sample has some of the great lyrics that define Perry's songwriting. Every song is excellent and has great replay value. "Human Condition" and "City of 9 Gates" will amaze you with their subject matter, and the scream in "Xiola" marks the discovery of Perry's trademark screaming. Definately a must have for all Janes Addiction/Porno for Pyros fans."

"Don't listen to the guy who dissed this CD. It is awesome. I am a huge fan of all types of music including goth and death rock. This CD is pretty dark at times but bitchin none the less. "Ho Ka Hey" is a great rocker. All the songs are unique but completely different from Janes Addiction. I wish there were more releases by these guys. The guitar is great and the bass is heavy. no simple tunes here. I wish I could have seen them live. At times it is hard to recognise Perry, but all the vocals are his."
