"Puller may not be a well known band, but they definitely created one of the finest rock records of the 90's. This album is full of hooks, start to finish, and EVERY song is memorable. The lyrics are deep and heartfelt, and the music is a nice mix of mainstream alternative rock with post punk/hardcore. Excellent musicianship, tons of passion. This CD could appeal to fans of anyone from Quicksand to Foo Fighters, and it's absolutely amazing."
Well crafted, whole hearted grunge/rock.

"Puller has really created an excellent Grunge/Rock album here. It's close to perfection, sometimes easily listening, sometimes rock out grunge. The vocals are passionate, and the instumentalists are talented. My favorites on the CD are "Silent Film", "Out Of My Head", and "Light In Eve's Time". However what makes me angry is this phenominal effort by Puller will probably go all but completely unnoticed. If you can ever find this CD you should pick it up for sure. You should enjoy Puller if you like Creed, Sunny Day Real Estate, or For Love Not Lisa."
My favorite CD ever- passionate, yearning, yet grungy

"I discovered this group almost by accident. I was at SEMP (know it?) in Costa Mesa, CA, and there was only one copy. I thought the cover art was cool, so I listened to it. I didn't take off my headphones for 3 days straight. I don't really know how to describe their sound, but I guess it would be called grunge with a little bit of acoustic rock thrown in. These guys have the most passionate lyrics I've ever heard. The best song is "Never the Less", a yearning, kinda slow ballad. "Bring Me In" and "Own Devices" are also great- they illustrate some real struggles. I also like "Life in Eve's Time"- the chorus is "Pushing my way out/I'm shaken, I'm shaken.../Picking up the pieces to survive". Overall, the best CD I've ever heard."

"i have had this cd for a while now,and it did grow on me.the only problem i have with it is at times the vocals seem out of tune with the music,it is really hard to explain it.this problem only comes up on a few songs and it only stays during that chorus.on the other hand some of their other songs are superb "Wishing" is the first song on the album, and is one of the best.it carries some deep vocals that make you wonder why this band did not get an Emmy nomination.get the cd you will be glad you did."
