CD ReviewsA New Experience Anonymous | USA | 06/18/2008 (5 out of 5 stars) "For nearly two decades now I have experimented with breath work on a number of levels, and found it very beneficial. Breath really is the core of life. We can do without food and water for days, but will die after only a few minutes without breath. When I downloaded this mp3 file I was simply expecting another guided meditation on breath to give my collection variety. However, when I actually listened to it for the first time I realized this is something quite different! This could quite accurately be called "Ecstatic Breathing." It started out normal enough, but after only a few minutes I found myself laughing because it seemed so strange. But I stuck with it anyway and eventually found myself smiling out of genuine joy. There is something about the combination of the message, the background music, and the tenor of Kabbal's voice that come together into a form of release and ecstasy that one would not expect from something as simple as breathing. If you have the slightest interest in spirituality, holistic health, breathwork, energy, trance work, psychological healing and/or emotional release, I highly recommend Quantum Light Breath. It truly is a new experience." Not Bad, Worth a Try Spacemuppet | 12/21/2009 (4 out of 5 stars) "I downloaded the mp3 to give this a try. The dramatic moaning that happens in the crowd is a little distracting and funny, but if you let go and keep at it, this definitely does something. I've done LOTS of breathwork training and never had the ecstatic or paranormal experiences other people describe, but I definitely can feel the build up of prana and the cleansing of the system that comes from this kind of practice. My only complaint is that I think the "climax" comes too soon, at about the 30-minute mark, and I need more time to build up the prana if I'm going to "go there," I think. When the CD is under $20 and a typical breathwork session runs $150, I say why not give the CD a shot."
