CD Reviews

Great to See a New Release From Price!
Hanky Van Panky | Nashville, TN | 09/17/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I've always loved Rachael Price's voice ever since I first heard her. She's got incredible control, intonation, vibrato and swing, and sings the lyrics like she means it. A true jazz singer."
Absolute vocal perfection
M. Price | Sydney | 09/09/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Rachael's voice doesn't even sound possible...too good to be true. We've waited a long time for such perfection. First-rate song choices and production with World-class musicians. What more could we want?"
She's young, but she has a terrific voice!
T. Davis | Seattle, WA | 05/19/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Rich, lush, and throaty, Rachael Price's voice will grab and hold you from the first bars of "That Old Black Magic" to the last notes of the hidden track at the end of the album, "Squeeze Me." "You Go to My Head" is a standout track.

Price has a command of rhythm and a way of bending notes that all great jazz singers possess. The band is top-notch. Check out her other albums, particularly her set with the Tennessee Terraplanes, "Refreshingly Cool," as well as her excellent web site."
