"I was so excited when I knew this was going to be released because i absolutely LOVED the movie, but once my order was already en route to my home i discovered the soundtrack wasn't what i expected. I was sadly disappointed to discover that it was only the background music, and not some of the best songs that are actually played throughout the movie."
Wished I wouldn't have bought the cd

"The entire soundtrack is instrumental. If I would have known that I would have not bought the cd. I am also disappointed that Benny and the Jets are not on the soundtrack. That was one of the best scenes in the movie. Don't waste your money on this soundtrack."

"I was completely shocked when I played this CD. I had just seen the movie, and was so delighted with the various songs that were sung throughout the movie. I received this CD, and it was definitely NOT the soundtrack of the movie at all. I feel the way the CD was advertised was incorrect. How do I return this CD and obtain the songs from the movie?
Why wouldn't you appropriately identify that this CD was NOT the movie soundtrack?"

"Having never seen the movie, I was first exposed to the score from Twenty-seven Dresses through our classical music radio station. This music doesn't qualify as classic, but I find it altogether lovely, unpretentious and a delight to the ear. It brings a little beauty to offset the lurid ear assaults to which so many of us are exposed.
I am editing this review to let all who read know that I didn't write this review, my wife wrote it. I didn't purchase the CD and have not listened to it in full and take no responsibility for the words written in the preceding paragraph, but since my wife likes it I suppose it must be good."
