"Randy Edelman, best known for is soundtracks, is great in one of his early works. My favorite song is "Woman on your Arm". I first heard it sung on a Bing Crosby Special in the 70's. Edelman's version is better. Edelman has a way of mixing the words and music together to provide a mood that is moving. A must buy"

"Talk about truth in advertising!! Randy Edelman, together with the creme of LA session magicians create a true anomaly--a pop album without any, and I do mean any, filler. From "Bluebird, to "June Lullaby" which has spectacular work from Al Kooper, every one of the 10 cuts are tuneful, magical and just plain good music. Much credit must go to the oh so talented producer, Michael Stewart and to Nick De Caro's arranging. Prime cuts that are tasty, indeed."

"Am glad to see that Randy Edelman received the respect and honor he so greatly deserves through his work in movies. Those immensely popular in the 1970's, namely: The Carpenters, Barry Manilow and Olivia Newton John new just what a great talent Mr. Edelman is. All the cuts are "Prime" as the album so blatantly is titled. Every song is great! "Bluebird" is what drew me to the album along with "Isn't It A Shame" (another stand out) as they were the two singles released when the album debuted in 1975. All reviewers of this album have given it 5 Stars. Wow! That should say something. I believe if more people had the opportunity to hear these songs, reviews would be the same. Friends I have shared this album with have mentioned what a nice work it is. Take the time and enjoy FINE Musical Compositions."
