"This is one of my favourite Ray Anthony albums - actually it's 2 albums on 1 cd. On the first one, which I believe was recorded around 1959, is 'Worried Mind'. It has 12 selections of the best of country music up to that date including 'I Can't Stop Loving You', 'Born To Lose', etc done in the amazing Ray Anthony style. He must have been one of the first artists to bring trumpets to country music. The piano player on the 'Worried Mind' album sounds like Floyd Cramer but unless he was loaned to Capital from RCA it just be somebody else. The 2nd cd 'I Almost Lost My Mind' has 12 pop songs of the day including the title song and 'Since I Met You Baby'. Along with these two albums, you might like to try out 'Ray Anthony Plays The Standards' which is another superb album."

"Growing up in the 50's and playing trumpet myself both make this a very special album for me. The music is beautiful and Mr. Anthony adds such a special delight with his trumpet. I purchased both of these albums when they were first released and have been waiting for them to be released on CD. The quality of the CD is perfect and I highly recomend It for anyone who appreciates beautiful instrumental music. Great for just relaxing with that someone special."

"I had the original on LP almost forty years ago. It's just as good as I remembered."
