"Finally, somebody got the idea to reissue these 2 great albums on 1 CD! These are 2 of the greatest Easy Listening albums of all time. They are right up at the top of my list with albums such as 1961's "Wheels & Orange Blossom Special" by Billy Vaughn and his orchestra. I got my first copy of Turn Around Look At Me when I was 3, and have gone thru 4 copies of this LP since! (Not to mention 1 eight track tape). I got I Love How You Love Me on LP When I Was 8 and I love it just as much as Turn Around... Now if only the folks at Collectables Records would push Universal to let them reissue Billy Vaughn's Dot Albums On CD..."

"Collectables has released a string of Ray Conniff albums, most from the late '60s and early '70s, all of which get high star ratings."Turn Around, Look at Me", is truly a great album. I have to admit I never liked his cover of "Mrs. Robinson" but I love the rest of this album. The highlights to me are "Turn Around, Look at Me", "MacArthur Park", and a sparkling version of "Moon River". Conniff never really lets you down with his versions of these songs!"I Love How You Love Me" is another exciting Conniff adventure of hits with the wonderful Conniff treatment. It opens with an exciting version of "Those Were the Days" and seeps its way from track to track ending with the touching "Abraham, Martin, and John". And who would have thought Conniff could cover "Hey Jude"? Wow! Not a bad arrangement at all. This is a great album and I don't regret buying it at all, but then again you can never regret buying a Ray Conniff CD!1"
Classic Ray Conniff from the late 60's!

"This CD was another example of the wonderful sounds of Ray Conniff of the late 1960's and two of his original albums. Wonderful arrangements in the typical Conniff style. I can't get enough of listening to this either with the chorus singing or humming to the musical instruments! Enjoy!"

"This fine twofer CD has all the songs from two of Ray Conniff's outstanding record albums entitled "Turn Around Look at Me" and "I Love How You Love Me." That Ray Conniff chorus never sounded better and it's amazing how well Ray, the singers and those musicians all successfully handle these renditions of classic pop vocal tunes! The quality of the sound is excellent and the artwork incorporates the original record album artwork.
All of these tracks are winners although of course I have my favorites as you will, too. "Mrs. Robinson" features the chorus squarely in the spotlight and they never let go of a single superfluous note! The music fits in perfectly with their singing and this proves just how well Ray Conniff could arrange great music. "This Guy's In Love with You" and "Do You Know the Way to San Jose" are extremely well done; I could never tire of hearing these numbers with that signature Ray Conniff sound! In addition, "People" is easy on the ear and "Turn Around Look at Me" is a major highlight of the CD--and how's about that piano, percussion and more as they sing?
"Macarthur Park" gets the royal treatment from Ray and his colleagues; and "Can't Take My Eyes off You" charms me with its natural beauty. They handle complex tempo and key changes like the pros they were and always will remain! "Moon River," one of my very favorite classic pop vocal songs, has an extremely well written arrangement and these fine performers make it shine brighter than silver and gold! "Those Were the Days" is a rather poignant ballad; and "(You Are) My Special Angel" is very sweet.
"I Love How You Love Me" is simply exquisite; in particular that chorus really harmonizes to perfection--and beyond! "Wichita Lineman" is another fine track that shines bright while "Hey Jude" is nicely done. "Sunny" has a pop flavor to it that I enjoy so very much and there's yet another gem in "Abraham, Martin and John."
Ray Conniff's talent never ceases to amaze me; and this is certainly a must-have for his fans. In addition, people who enjoy classic pop vocals and easy listening from the mid 20th century would do well to add this to their collections."
