No sass here, and it's too bad

"About the only good thing I can say is that the tempos here are appropriate to practicing samba. But why not use music that inspires your feet? These sambas are dull and they do NOT make me want to dance.
Dance DJs and serious collectors should be advised that this "orchestra" sounds very much like it is synthesized. Percussion is supplied by what appears to be a reasonably good drum machine, and it gets monotonous.
These appear to be the same tracks issued in 1996 as "It takes two to samba." They are the same tracks issued as disc 7 of the 10 disc boxed set "Ballroom Dance Collection." And they also appear to be the same tracks released as disc 4 of the boxed set "Take your partners, Please, Vol. 2." Buyer beware of duplicating these poor recordings in your collection of samba music. (You can compare this by using the recording duration times below.)
Here is the title, duration, and "orchestra" for each samba:
1. Never gonna give you up, 4:05, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
2. Amor de mis amores, 3:37, Gary Tesca Orchestra
3. Aruanda, 2:39, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
4. Ballasto N, 3:48, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
5. Brazil, 2:43, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
6. Do you know the way to San Jose, 2:30, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
7. Matrimony, 3:17, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
8. No Se, No Se, 3:17, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
9. Ritmo de la noche, 4:16, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
10. Samba de Soho, 2:54, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
11. Anvil samba, 3:20, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
12. Easy samba, 3:20, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
13. I go to Rio, 3:53, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
14. One note samba, 3:13, Ray Hamilton Orchestra
15. Ebony samba, 3:56, Ray Hamilton Orchestra"
