"A great reissue ! My dad owned both of these albums so I remember hearing them alot. For me the standout disc is Burning Memories . Gorgeous early sixties Nashville sound ! Touch My Heart ( Ray's last straight country album before the career changing Danny Boy ) is more stripped down and a little repetitive but still classy stuff."

"I really was thrilled to see these 2 albums on one disc. Both from the mid 60's when Ray was starting to feature a more countrypolitan sound. "Burning memories" written by Mel Tillis was a big hit in 1964 reaching number 2, other hits on this album included "You took her off my hands" "Thats all that matters" and a song written by a "then" rocker by the name of Conway Twitty called "Walk me to the door" a top 10 hit in 1963. The album "Touch my heart" from 1967 was an number 1 album with its share of hits and favorites. A must have for Price fans!!!"

"I thought that this CD was made from the origanal LP's and it isn't.The songs are the same but are remakes, hence the instrumentals are different and the tempo is a little slow compared to the origanal."
