"This set is essential to small group swing lovers. The majority of 26 these sides(which are Norvo's 1st 26 recordings) feature Benny Goodman on clarinet, Eddie Suater on mellophone, Teddy Wilson on piano, and of course the always hot and swinging Red Norvo on vibes. This music is consistatnly swinging and the jazz content is very high. This enjoyable set was issued on the scottish Hep label and is definately recomended."
