the whole album is great. cotten eye joe got all the airplay, though. too bad.

"I'm a music teacher for elementary school kids. I have another version of Cotton Eyed Joe that 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders love to dance to, but the Rednex version is the one for which they always ask. Unfortunately, I haven't yet found it for sale as a single.



Although Rednex call their album and single Cotton Eye Joe, more commonly the word "Eye" in the song title is followed by a "d."



I have not heard the other songs on this CD - and in fact, haven't even heard the one I'm reviewing. This is actually a review by proxy for about 300 children."

"My husband gives me lists of things he wants me to find for him. This was one of them. He only wanted the single of Cotton Eye Joe, but the whole album was cheap so I bought it. It is GREAT! This cd is the best six bucks I have spent in a LONG time. The entire cd is great with the exception of track 2, which is a slow song and interrupts the groove of the rest. This is definately worth buying! You will not regret feeling silly buying Cotton Eye Joe. Tell your friends! :)"
