Pretty lame.

"Prepare to spend lots of time listening to a breathy Englishwoman read from a script. This is pretty ridiculous, containing about only three actual interviews with the band members, one with Peter Buck stretching over about 8 out of 12 tracks. There's a brief snippet from Stipe from around the release of "Up", but it's hardly worth noting. Mostly it's gushing English music reviewers, discussing each album in pointless detail that any fan already knows. If you can find a transcript of Buck's interview that appears on this, skip the CD. Skip the CD anyway."
An interesting history/interview of R.E.M.

"Narrated by a woman with a heavy british accent, this cd gives a good overview of the history of R.E.M. (THE BEST BAND EVER). Interviews with Peter Buck, and others, gives an insight into the garage band beginnings of the musical leviathan that R.E.M. has become. For a more detailed history of the band's beginnings the 100 page picture booklet that comes with the cd does a much better job. Very good on the whole."
