"I'll start of by saying that Richard Marx is my fav. male singer / songwriter, so you could say that I am biased but...Listen to the lyrics, listen to the music what else is there to say, let yourself be absorbed by the emotion especialy on the track 'One Man' which has leapt to being one of my favorite songs of all time.Buy this then buy Flesh and Bone and listen to 'Eternity', 'My Confession', 'Until I Find You Again', 'Fools Game', 'What's The Story', 'The Image'. Listen to a master at work.Roll on the new album...."

"I am a huge Richard Marx Fan and think that this is by far his best effort. every song is amazing and is only let down a little by the first track, 'The way she loves me' but 'Nothing left behing us' is one of his best songs. And his cover of 'Miami 2017' is amazing. You will not regret bying this."

"Richard Marx's 1993 album is remembered by a huge hit "Now and Forever", beautiful ballad used for background music for wedding ceremony. But it has more and more great songs such as "Silent Scream" another great ballad, soulful"Soul Motion", pop rocker "Nothing To Hide" (similarly styled as "Should've Known Better"), bluesy pop song "Goodbye Hollywood", acoustic pop "Heaven's Waiting", country flavored pop "Nothing Left Behind Us". The album is a bit lighter than previous works but you can enjoy his excellent songwriting. He is still doing well as a songwriter represented by N'Sync's huge hit "This I Promise You"."
Another incredible album from Richard

"Richard Marx out-does himself with each new album. Paid Vacation is definately a good sampling of some of his finest work. The bonus tracks are a 'must-have'--"Another Heaven" is a great rocker, and his cover of "Miami 2017" is awesome. He spares no vocal chords on this album. You won't be sorry."
