CD Reviews

Classic Christmas CD
Mark Graham | 10/17/2009
(5 out of 5 stars)

"The best thing Richie Mcdonald could ever have done was leave Lonestar with no disrespect to Keech, Michael and Dean. Even though this disc came out in 2007 copies were hard to find. His songwriting and great voice are what made Lonestar work. Now that he has ventured out on his own he puts out a timeless gem in If Every Day Could Be Christmas. His collaboration with Jim Brickman (one of the greatest piano players of all time) on the song Coming Home For Christmas alone is worth buying the CD. But the songs he co-wrote Peterbilt Sleigh, Christmas Lights and Blessed are The Hands That Give as well as the rest of the disc make this a CD that will go down as a Classic Christmas CD that kids and adults alike can play for years to come."
