Keep it Turned ON !

"It has been over 8 years since Rick Astley's last album, "Body & Soul". This latest album release has been worth the wait and Rick hasn't dissappointed this fan. Starting out with "Sleeping", Rick shows that he has not lost anything in the many years that he has been away. In this album he has been able to keep up with the times and demonstrate that not only can he sing but also shows that he's a talented writer as well. In my opinion this collection of well penned songs range from fun, to funky to feel good ! I suggest that if you are a Rick Astley fan you MUST buy this CD... Even if you're not you still should by it and experience this wonderful talent, you'll be happy that you did."

"Rick Astley is one of those blokes you love or laugh at. I was always a casual fan and I sort of wrote him off after FREE. Recently, I picked up KEEP IT TURNED ON and found this guy just absolutely grooves. His voice remains a powerhouse and the snappy dance energy just pulses out of your car. It turned me on to Astley again and BODY & SOUL turned out to be equally underrated. This lad is a first rate crooner. He can belt them out with the best of them and he knows how to turn a sweet hook.
KEEP IT TURNED ON proved to me I'm still a fan and tracks like SLEEPING and WANNA BELIEVE prove once again you can believe in this guy's talent. Pure pop pleasure- guilty as charged!"

"To hear Rick coming back to singing was good news. This album highlights what made Rick a star in the 80's.Each an every song has something for everyone. There are songs that you have to listen again and again to appreciate it. i really didn't find any boring songs.I really love the ''Wanna believe you'' song. It really puts in the groove.I play it in the car and man i feel like flying!!.When i feel like listening to slow music then there is ''Full Of you'',''Don't ask'' and ''Miracle'' to keep me relaxed. Anyone who appreciates good music must not miss this one. This is really a legend in a making. I say i am really happy with this album.Way to go Rick!! :)"

"This album was well worth the import price (over $40). I have all of Rick's albums and this is definitely my favorite. Not only does he have a wonderful voice (unlike all the 'cookie-cutter' singers out there now), he writes great songs (most singers don't/can't write music). This album has a great mix of slow and upbeat songs. I am especially surprised at the song "Romeo Loves Juliet", it's a slow ballad that shows off Rick's voice perfectly and ended up being my favorite song on the album. I highly recommend this album to anyone that likes Rick Astley's previous music."
Very disappointed not released here

"I am in shock and disappointment that this cd will never be released here in the states. It is one of the strongest pop albums in recent years. There are plenty of dancefloor ready songs (Sleeping, Wanna Believe You, Let's Go Out Tonight). There are plenty of ballads (Breathe, Don't Ask, Romeo Loves Juliet) The title track has to be one of my favorites on the cd. It is upbeat and optimistic. It puts a smile on my face everytime I press repeat. I has a great message of not dwelling in the past and live your life your way. I highly recommend this cd for anyone that loves pop music, not just Rick Astley fans."
