Rita's best album!

(5 out of 5 stars)
"Rita sings silky smooth with soul and rhythm on this album. This is some of her most uptempo rock and also some of her slow soft songs that she does so well. From the fastest song to the slowest song the orchestration and the style are perfect for her. Each song is well written with strong melodies and original lyrics.
The first five songs are upbeat and lively with strong bass and brass that's a bit rock with a hint of jazziness and moments when it approaches funk.
If you like Sweet Inspiration, You, or Your Love Has Lifted Me Higher you'll probably like this.
The last four songs are slower and more intimate. She sings them soulfully and beautifully.
The last three almost make you feel like she could be singing in a blues/jazz club if not in your bedroom.
1 One Fine Day - Rita's version of this classic is lively with a great 70's beat and wonderful instrumental break.
2 Fool in Me - is a catchy song and the rhythm of the chorus makes you move your shoulders.
3 Trust it All to Somebody - is my favorite for the lyrics, the melody, the beat and how good her voice sounds when she hits those high notes.
4 Let's Go Dancing Baby - is simple but awesome. So danceable. Great orchestration.
5 Pain of Love - Rita sings really strong on this one.
6 I'd Rather Leave While I'm in Love - is very soft rock, reminiscent of We're All Alone.
7 Sweet Emotion - is jazzy and bouncy with a relaxed rhythm.
8 Crime of Passion - is slow, quiet and sultry.
9 Can She Keep You Satisfied - is the slowest song on the album. A wistful and intimate song about a lost love.
I've been waiting ten years for them to release this on cd. It's a MUST HAVE for Rita fans!"
