"Great sounding archive performance from the late ex-MC 5 vocalist.Taken from two different gigs in the spring/summer of 1977.After listening to the interview, you discover these concerts were thirty-minute sets that took place mostly at auto shows.Actually, this disc's first gig was cut short by security because the crowd was getting to wild. What a bunch of lame asses.Nonetheless, this Japanese import really cooks!Opens with a Stones cover "19th Nervous Breakdown" and a Chuck Berry tune "Back In The USA".I was kind of impressed with some of Tyner's solo material, like "Out Of My Hands","Taboo" and "Penny Candy".Rest assure, there are two MC 5 scorchers present "Kick Out The Jams" and "Looking At You".Overall,a very good sound mix.Aimed pretty much toward collectors and MC 5 completists. However, might STILL appeal to fans of the Deviants,Stooges,Pink Fairies,Blue Cheer and maybe The Melvins."
