"Although I've heard some of Robbie WIlliams songs on the radio I've never bought one of his CD's. The previous reviews I read on Amazon were so good I thought I'd give it a try. To say that I really like this CD is an understatement: It's eclectic with Williams bouncing back and forth between hard-rock, tender ballads, infectious dance songs and back to hard rock. When I first heard "Supreme" I was amazed at the layers, beauty and simple greatness of the song. I can't seem to play it enough. It's been years since a song fired me up so much. Be warned that many of Williams songs aren't for the masses who like Christina, Brittany, N'Sync, etc. His lyrics are complex and introspective but work so well with the music. Try this CD if you're adventurous."
It doesn't get better then this!

"robbie Williams has got to be one of the more accessable singers out there today. His lyrics make you think, make you sing and his music simply moves you. He can be catchy and up-beat in one song and serious in an other. He is like a good friend who knows how to cheer you up, who knows that life is filled with ups and downs. This Cd has got it all, dance numbers, thought provoking songs and a little romance thrown in. Robbie loves to sing and I would guess loves to party and it shows. Excellent album from a down to earth fun loving man. Hope there are more in the works. I have the Canadian version by the way which has Robbie singing in French and spanish on two bonus tracks. Highly recommended."

"This is a wonderful CD! Musically, the style is more mature than "the ego has landed". The lyrics are interesting, & the melodies innovative. Road To Mandalay has quickly become one of my favorites, and it's a great surprise when you hear Ser Mejor and the French version of Supreme for the first time. As with "the ego has landed", there are some tracks on this one that just make you want to jump up and dance! If you've enjoyed past albums, then this is definately one you'll want to hear."
