"What can be said? Roberto Carlos is to Brasilian pop music what Antonio Carlos Jobim is to Bossa Nova. And this is another great album with classic mid-60's arrangements typical of American pop music of the time. All the ingredients are in place here: the "young and in love" romantic overtones; the lost-love & broken-hearted themes; and of course the songs of pure fun, such as the all-time hit "Meu Calhambeque." Though regrettably short (28 minutes), there isn't a bad note on this record and you'll want to hear it over and over. If you like 60's pop/rock then you'll definitely want to hear this. Listen for the Beatles influence."
