The Romeros are remarkable!

"Rodrigo is probably best know for his Concerto de Aranjuez for solo guitar (which Pepe Romero has provided the definitive recording of), but he also wrote the magnificent Concerto Andaluz for four guitars and Concerto Madrigal for two guitars. The Madrigal is performed wonderfully by Pepe and Celin Romero. They share a strong musical bond and seem to feed musically off of each other throughout the concerto. The Andaluz is here in its definitive recording. It was recorded and premiered by the Romeros in the late 60's but Rodrigo later added a wonderful cadenza section to the second movement which adds to its great emotional and musical impact. All in all, a great CD that I highly recommend."

"I listened to this disk twice before deciding to discard it due to extremely dull sound engineering."
