"I'm in Germany for a year and I've been looking for good German music and the first time I heard Cicero, I did not think he was speaking German. The music is so upbeat, the lyrics are cute and his voice is great. I'd recommend this to anyone even if they don't speak German!"

"When I saw Roger Cicero's performance on Eurovision in 2007 I became a member of his Fan Forum. His voice is superb; he handles multiple styles masterfully, including samba, latin, and soul. He's the best scat singer I've heard since Mel Torme, and his version of Prince's "How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore" puts Prince to shame (Unfortunately the track isn't included on Cicero's albums or DVDs but it can be found on his single "Alle Möbel verrückt"). I highly recommend too Cicero's first album, "Mannersachen", which is also outstanding. People who don't understand German will find much to enjoy in "Mannersachen" and "Beziehungsweise". Cicero has also recorded albums in English; "There I go" features his jazz rendition of several standards and contemporary songs, and it's a fantastic showcase for Cicero's vocals and for the masterly solos of his band members. Cicero is a huge star in Germany. He has fans throughout Europe, the UK, and the US; I can easily see him becoming a worldwide star in the next few years, especially if he chooses to tour abroad.
