"Beautiful music. I always play it while I meditate. Also, I use it while I do yoga or palates. It's just a great way to relax. The music flows so nicely that you can't really even tell when it's gone on to the next track.

I recommend this to anyone who just wants to escape and feel at peace and be relaxed.
