Ron Kearns is on alto sax, John Jensen, trombone, Larry Brown, piano, Kent Miller, bass, Mike Smith, drums and special guest, Tim Collins. Montpelier is one of the most historic landmarks in Maryland and has some of the best acoustics for jazz recordings in the United States. Other artists who have recorded there include Sir Roland Hanna, Ronnie Wells, Keter Betts and Ron Holloway. This is Ron's second live recording, his first was Live at Blues Alley (Washington, DC)
