Great for Mom and Kids

"We've had this CD for several years and it still is heavily requested! My 10 year old still likes to listen, although he usually vetoes most of the other suggestions by his little sisters. "Bubblegum Jenny" is a big hit with all the girls; it's fun and features that all too rare female main character. We also love trying to catch all the Chesapeake Bay locations mentioned in "Hippopotomus Rock"."

"Rosenshontz need to reuinte. Together they are, in the immortal of Jimmie JJ Walker- kid dynomite!These songs are wonderful. Two of them in particular. "Hippopatomous Rock" which would be right at home on any oldie's station, and the latin tinged "Daddy Does The Dishes". I love these songs. Y'know, I've always had a theory that adults who play "children's" music do it because they can't really make it in the adult market. Rosenshontz blows that theory to bits. These are two talented individuals who write music, play their own instruments and have wonderful voices. I was almost going to write their talen is "wasted" on kids- but that isn't the case either. These guys are passionate towards what they do. And it shows. These are guys who care about their music nd care about their audience. They never talk down to kids. They are playful, thoughtful and there is a message to be learned from almost every song.Bye Bye Barney. Adios Elmo! Usher in Rosenshontz. They're the best at what they do. I am not ashamed to say I've listend to them when there was nobody home but 44 year old ME!"

Great Music for Children

"This is a great music CD. My Grandchilren are between the ages of 2 years and 8 years and all three enjoy the songs. I even like them. We play it in the car traveling around and it makes the trip that much more enjoyable.. I hear them singing along with the music. I sing along also.So many times childrens music is not that good for children and adults combined. This one fills the bill. I got the CD at the library and we all liked it so much that I purchased it. now, that's a great reccommendation, I think. The songs are catchy and the words appropiate.

This is just a Great CD. Nothing else to say!"
