Insightful Portrait of British Royalty by Latin Rappers

"Most accounts of the British royal family are fawning hagiographies written by second-rate hacks that tell you nothing. Against this background, it is good to welcome a newcomer, Mr Layzie Bone of Bone-Thugs-N-Harmony, with his multifaceted 'oral biography.'
This well-known Latin rapper and his crew present a complex and intriguing portrait of the woman who has been Britain's head of state for nearly half a century interlaced with an obscene amount of hardcore, East Coast, beat-jacking.
The critical (if sympathetic) contribution from MC Magic and Daz Dillinger on the queen's political and ecclesiastic relationships with her bishops in track 3 is especially interesting due to their use of 'old school' turntablism.
There is no question that this will become a landmark of the Royalist-Latino-Hip-Hop genre and Mr Bone should be applauded for having shepherded quotes from more than 50 interviews into a balanced, yet deliciously informative and always entertaining, study of the House of Windsor."
